Very friendly staff, very quiet but not far from centre (maybe about 10 min walk) but we had a scooter which is the best way of transport in Ubud imo, big windows letting enough light inside, big bathroom, rice paddy view, near some restaurants and shops down the road, big nice own terrace, spacious room, lovely garden, relaxed tranquil atmosphere not far from bustling centre. Tea and coffee plus kettle inside the room.
The place is lovely but needs some ants treatment. We know it's rainy season and got used to bugs at previous (even open balinese style) places but here the ants were all over - around the walls, windows, terrace, inside, even in the bed. Not very pleasant. We asked for a broom to swipe them from time to time but still annoying. At night they had a couple of other bugs coming out inside the room which I haven't seen anywhere else before incl. Flatworms looking like leaves all over the place. So if you're sensitive to bugs maybe reconsider. Might be less outside rainy season but at other places we saw less. Windows don't close properly. Overall finishing could be better although it looks good. Breakfast could be improved - we didn't get the usual pancake but toast with banana inside instead and instant coffee.

Big room, good environment, nice staff, be able to walk to Money forest street.
Water and coffee were provided on the first night only, same breakfast for 3 days. Not enough towel, got only 1 for 2 persons stay.
